Returns Policy

Should you wish to return a product you can fill out the form on our Refunds & Exchanges page.

We will arrange for our couriers to collect the item from you and, provided it is new, either refund or exchange it for you. A charge of R100 will be levied to cover the courier cost.

Should you have purchased and used a product and suspect a failure or warranty issue you can email us at contact@sportsclearance.co.za with pictures. From there we will be in touch to arrange a collection for inspection (if necessary) or give you feedback based on the pictures supplied.
